Sarah Wellwood, AuD, CCC-A
Sarah Wellwood received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 2004 with a concentration in speech and hearing sciences. She continued her studies at Indiana University and received her doctorate of Audiology in 2007.
Sarah was extended a clinical externship at Otolaryngology Associates of Indianapolis where she completed rotations in cochlear implantation, hearing aid fitting and dispensing, as well as diagnostic and vestibular audiology.
Dr. Wellwood was a recipient of the Hutton Honors College thesis award for her research in auditory physiology while studying at Indiana University. This research was then published in the Journal of the Acoustical Society of America.
Sarah is currently a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and board certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She lives with her husband and daughter in Georgetown, MA.
